Ingredients

  • 6 c. peeled, quartered potatoes
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • paprika

Method

  • Cook potatoes until tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Drain.
  • Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in salad dressing, cream cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper until light and fluffy.
  • Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until heated through.
