Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 3 tablespoons fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 tablespoon grade B maple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 (2-inch) strip grapefruit rind
Method
- Combine bourbon, grapefruit juice, maple syrup, and bitters in a rocks glass; stir. Add ice, and garnish with grapefruit rind.
