Ingredients
- 5 c. carrots
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- salt and pepper
- 1 can tomato soup, mixed with 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard, black pepper and Worcestershire
Method
- In saucepan, add soup, oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to a boil, then cool. Pour over carrots and seasoning.
- Chill about 2 hours before serving.
- Taste will be better after 1st day.
