Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chopped Shredded Chicken
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese, your choice
  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cans Mayonnaise (We Prefer Blue Plate)
  • 1/4 cups Sliced Olives (optional)
  • 1 can Ranch Style Beans-Partially Drained
  • 4 ounces, weight Canned Green Chilies
  • 2 teaspoons Finely Chopped Red Bell Peppers
  • 2 teaspoons Finely Chopped Green Bell Peppers
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning

Method

  • Mix all together and let chill for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • May be served with chips, crackers or tortillas.
  • Easy.
  • Can be used as a dip or spread.
  • 4 oz.
  • of Rotel tomatoes could be added, and omit the green chillies and chopped tomatoes.
