- 6 cups uncooked regular oats
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup sunflower kernels
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 1 1/2 cups chopped mixed dried fruit
Method
- Combine first 9 ingredients; spread on 2 pans coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring 3 times. Cool. Stir in dried fruit.
- NOTE: Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
