Ingredients

  • 6 cups uncooked regular oats
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup sunflower kernels
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped mixed dried fruit

Method

  • Combine first 9 ingredients; spread on 2 pans coated with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring 3 times. Cool. Stir in dried fruit.
  • NOTE: Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
