Ingredients

  • 1 packages (10 ounce) frozen, Chopped Spinach, thawed
  • 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 lb Cooked Ham
  • 2 tbsp Butter or Margarine
  • 1 packages Elbow Macaroni
  • 8 oz Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg

Method

  • Serves 6
  • Preheat oven 350F
  • Boil Macaroni until done
  • Coat baking dish with butter or spray
  • Add remaining butter to spinach & macaroni; mix well
  • Add cheese, ham, cottage cheese, salt & pepper; mix well
  • Beat milk & egg with fork & pour over macaroni mixture
  • Mix until completly combined
  • Spoon into baking dish
  • Bake for 1 hour at 359F
