Ingredients
- 3 lb. beef roast
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion-mushroom soup mix
Method
- Wash and prepare beef.
- Place in foil in pan.
- Mix French onion soup and mushroom soup.
- Add to beef roast.
- Coat top of roast with dry soup mix.
- Completely cover with foil and seal. Bake at 325° for 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
- Serves 4 to 6.
