Ingredients
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- 4 pkg. Equal
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. green peppers
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Method
- Drain sauerkraut.
- Add Equal, celery, green peppers, onions and vinegar.
- Mix together.
- The longer you marinate the better. Good over hot dogs or as a salad.
