Ingredients
- 1 rump or bottom roast
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- water
- salt and pepper
- cornstarch
Method
- Season roast and brown well all over.
- Cut 3 deep slots into top of roast and put 1 clove into each slot.
- Pour vinegar over roast and add water until it comes up halfway the roast.
- Cook in pot until well done and tender.
- Thicken gravy with cornstarch and enjoy!
