Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. mashed potato flakes (instant)
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 (3 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated flaky biscuits

Method

  • About
  • 1 1/4 hours before serving:
  • On waxed paper, mix potato flakes,
  • paprika, salt, garlic powder, pepper and 1/4 cup grated
  • Parmesan
  • cheese.
  • In
  • pie plate, beat egg and 1 teaspoon water.
  • Dip
  • chicken
  • pieces
  • into egg mixture, then coat with potato flake mixture.
