Ingredients
- 4 or 8 oz. can oysters (depends on size of bread)
- 1/2 lb. self-rising flour
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
Method
- Mix ingredients soft enough (like pancake batter) to add oysters. (The bread could be whole or in a pancake form.) Use a colander to drain oysters. Lightly grease the pan. Pour mixture in pan or spoon to make small circles (like pancakes). Cook on medium to medium-low heat.
