Ingredients
- 1 large mango cheek, peeled, finely chopped
- 12 small lebanese cucumber, peeled, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 5 large fresh basil leaves, torn
- 12 (1 dozen) natural oysters, in the half shell (such as Sydney rock oysters)
Method
- Combine the mango, cucumber, onion and basil in a small bowl.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the oysters on a serving platter.
- Divide the mango mixture among the oysters.
- Serve.
