Ingredients
- 10-12 potatoes
- Canola Oil
- Olive Oil
- 2 or 3 garlic cloves unpeeled
- fresh rosemary 2-3 branches
- salt
Method
- preheat oven to 350
- Peel and boil potatoes for 5 minutes. They may be cut ahead of time or left whole. Drain and place on a baking sheet. Pour on a little of each oil. Don't drown them. Add garlic and Rosemary to pan. Bake for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.Flip the potatoes every 30-40 minutes. When half-way done salt them to taste
