- 1 box instant pistachio pudding
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup vegtable oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cup Ap flour
- 1/2 tsp baking sida
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 drops green food coloring*optional*
Method
- preheat oven to 375F
- parchment line a baking sheet
- mix all dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda, tartar,pistachio pudding )together set aside
- add softened butter, sugar and oil to mixer cream really good.
- Now add 1 egg at a time till incorporated.
- Now add vanilla, & food coloring and mix again.
- Add your dry ingredients till incorporated, then add chocolate chips and incorporate
- using a ice scream scoop or 2 spoons add to baking pan bake 10-12 minutes
