Ingredients
- 5 large potatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 to 4 sticks celery, diced
- 1 c. bread and butter pickles, diced
- 3 large eggs, sliced or diced
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Method
- Hard-boil eggs and potatoes.
- Slice into bite size pieces. Mix with other ingredients.
- Cover with plastic wrap; let sit in the refrigerator until cold.
