Ingredients

  • 5 or 6 medium size potatoes
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 stick margarine

Method

  • Scrub and slice potatoes.
  • Each potato will make 6 to 8 wedges.
  • Melt margarine in a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together and place in a plastic bag or plastic bowl.
  • Add potatoes a few at a time and shake, coating well, and place in pan in a single layer.
  • Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Turn and bake 20 minutes more.
  • Wedges should have a medium-brown, crispy coating when done.
