Ingredients
- 5 or 6 medium size potatoes
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Scrub and slice potatoes.
- Each potato will make 6 to 8 wedges.
- Melt margarine in a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients together and place in a plastic bag or plastic bowl.
- Add potatoes a few at a time and shake, coating well, and place in pan in a single layer.
- Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Turn and bake 20 minutes more.
- Wedges should have a medium-brown, crispy coating when done.
