Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburg
- 2 eggs
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1 lb. grape jelly
- 1 large diced onion
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. water
Method
- Mix hamburg, bread crumbs, eggs and water together.
- Shape into meatballs.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
- Saute onion in oil until lightly brown.
- Add meatballs, chili sauce and jelly.
- Simmer for 1 hour.
