Ingredients
- 2 c. rice
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 4 to 5 c. hot water
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- handful of peas
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1 carrot, cut in thin strips
Method
- Brown rice in oil.
- Add onion and tomatoes and continue to saute.
- Add vegetables and pour hot water on rice.
- Let cook on medium heat until done (20 to 25 minutes).
- Add salt to taste.
