Ingredients
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 Tbsp. fat
- 1/2 lb. hamburg
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 c. hot water
Method
- Melt fat, brown hamburg and then add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
- Put in greased dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 2 hours.
