Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Chopped Nuts, Any Kind, May Increase To 3/4 C. If Desired
  • 1 package Chocolate Cake Mix Approx. 21 Oz. (for 9x13 Pan)
  • 1/3 cups Evaporated Milk
  • 1-1/2 stick Butter
  • 1 package Caramels (14 Oz.) Unwrapped
  • 1/3 cups Evaporated Milk
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Method

  • Mix first 4 ingredients together. Place 1/2 mixture in a 9x13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Let COOL!
  • Melt caramels and milk until smooth. Pour chocolate chips over baked cake in pan, pour caramel mixture over this, then drop the rest of the cake batter randomly over this. Bake for 18 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
