Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. strawberry-banana Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 can Pet milk, chilled
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 to 6 bananas
  • graham cracker crust

Method

  • Mix Jell-O with boiling water; let cool.
  • Mix sugar, cream cheese and vanilla.
  • Add to the Jell-O mixture.
  • Whip the Pet milk, that has been chilled overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour 1-inch of cream cheese mixture into each of 2-inch tins lined with graham cracker crust.
  • Slice bananas over top.
  • Add another inch of cream mixture, then another layer of bananas, then another layer of cream mixture.
  • Top with whipped cream.
