Ingredients
- 1 beef brisket (3-3.5 lbs); cut in half
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup grape jelly
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Method
- Place half of the brisket in crock pot. Combine ingredients and spread 1/2 over brisket. Top with remaining meat and mixture. Cover and cook low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with cooking juice.
