- 1 chicken, cooked, skinned, deboned and chopped
- 3 to 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped very fine
- 12 oz. sharp or medium Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large onion, chopped and cooked tender
- pinch of garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix ingredients and microwave 10 to 12 minutes, rotating and stirring every 3 minutes.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips as a dip or over tortilla chips as a meal.
