Ingredients
- 10 cornbread muffins or cornbread, crumbled
- 6 slices white bread, crumbled
- 5 c. chicken broth
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 4 stalks celery
- 1/2 Tbsp. sage
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1/2 c. margarine
Method
- Saute onions and celery in margarine.
- Brown sausage and pour off grease.
- Pour broth over bread crumbs and let soften.
- Mix other ingredients with bread crumbs.
- Put in a large casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
