Ingredients
- 1 qt. Kosher dill pickles, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. mixed pickling spices
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Drain pickles.
- Put spices and vinegar in the pickle jar.
- Add pickles and pour over sugar.
- Do not stir.
- Close jar and shake to dissolve sugar.
- After those are eaten, add another quart of pickles and 1 more cup of sugar.
- These are sweet and delicious.
