Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 c. skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch and mix well. Add 1/2 cup of milk and stir until the sugar and cornstarch are dissolved.
- Stir in remaining milk; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in margarine and vanilla extract.
- Let chill about 3 hours, then ready to serve.
- Serves 8.
