Ingredients
- 1/2 raw carrot, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
Method
- Mix well and serve with various and assorted vegetables.
