- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 (16 oz.) bottle ranch dressing
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. broccoli pieces
- 1 c. cauliflower pieces
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 1 c. mushroom pieces
Method
- Place rolls in 10 x 15 pan and press seams together.
- Bake 10 minutes at 350° and cool completely.
- Mix cream cheese and dressing and pour on top of crust.
- Top with vegetables and cheese.
- Press down slightly.
- Chill.
