Ingredients
- 600 g watermelon, skinned and seeded
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- ½ cup (125 g) yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Method
1. Blend the watermelon, milk, yoghurt and caster sugar in a blender until smooth.
2. Add the ice cream and blend for a further few seconds, or until the mixture is frothy. Serve immediately.
