Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 14 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 12 cup icing sugar
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 12 cup pineapple juice
  • 12 cup water
  • 2 12 tablespoons cornstarch

Method

  • Crust: Beat first 3 ingredients well then add the leftover ingredients.
  • Spread on cookie sheet.
  • Bake 10 minutes at 350 Cool.
  • Spreading Layer: Beat above ingredients.
  • Spread on cooled crust.
  • Arrange fruit of your choice on pizza.
  • Fruit Glaze: Heat and thicken above ingredients.
  • Cool and pour over fruit to keep from going brown.
  • Store in fridge.
