Ingredients

  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 dash Green onions or scallions
  • 1 clove Grated garlic (a)
  • 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds (a)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce (a)
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar (a)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar (a)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil (a)

Method

  • Take the blossom end off the tomatoes and slice into thin rounds.
  • Slice the onion thinly and put into a bowl of cold water to get rid of the harsh taste.
  • Chop up the green onion finely
  • Mix the ingredients marked (a) together.
  • Fan out the tomato slices on a serving dish, put the drained onion in the middle, and scatter with the chopped green onion.
  • Drizzle the sauce over it all and it's done.
