Ingredients
- 1 can buttermilk biscuits
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
- Flatten into 5-inch circles. Place each one in the bottom and sides of a greased muffin pan. Set pan aside.
- Brown ground meat and drain well.
- Mix brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar and chili powder.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add to meat and mix well.
- Divide meat mixture among biscuit lined pan (about 1/4-cup) for each.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
