Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) box raspberry jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (16 oz.) can blueberries
- 1 (8 to 9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
Method
- Mix jello and boiling water.
- Drain blueberries, reserving 2/3 cup juice.
- Add blueberries and juice and pineapple with its juice to jello. Chill until set.
