- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. melted margarine, divided
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
- 6 to 8 oz. Cheez Whiz
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, partially cooked and drained
- 2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
Method
- Saute onion in 1/4 cup margarine until tender.
- Combine onion, soup, mushrooms, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, almonds and broccoli; mix well.
- Spoon into a 2-quart casserole.
