Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine, divided
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
  • 6 to 8 oz. Cheez Whiz
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. slivered almonds
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, partially cooked and drained
  • 2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix

Method

  • Saute onion in 1/4 cup margarine until tender.
  • Combine onion, soup, mushrooms, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, almonds and broccoli; mix well.
  • Spoon into a 2-quart casserole.
