Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) package caramels
  • 13 cup cream
  • 1 -2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 -4 cups cubed fruit
  • 1 cup chopped nuts or 1 cup toasted coconut
  • skewer

Method

  • Combine caramels, milk and peanut butter in 1-quart microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave 2 to 3-1/2 minutes.
  • Pour mixture into 1-quart fondue pot.
  • Serve, heated, with skewers for cut apples chunks, pineapple, banana, cake, marshmallow, or other fruits as dippers into fondue then roll in chopped nuts or toasted coconut after dipping.
