Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns or potatoes O'Brien
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. melted oleo
- 1/2 c. milk (to be used if mixture is too dry)
- bread crumbs
Method
- Slightly thaw potatoes.
- Mix together other ingredients. Spread all on top of potatoes.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish or in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
