Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 container (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can Thank-You Cherry Pie filling

Method

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with brown sugar and melted butter.
  • Line bottom of a 9x13 pan.
  • (Wax paper works best to press mixture to bottom of pan without sticking all over your fingers) Mix cool whip, powdered sugar, vanilla and cream cheese.
  • Put mixture in pan over graham cracker crumbs.
  • Top with cherry pie filling.
  • Refrigerate!
