Ingredients
- 1 c. Mexicorn
- 1 pkg. seasoned yellow rice, cooked according to pkg. directions
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. cheese, shredded
Method
- Mix first 4 ingredients.
- Put cheese on top.
- Bake at 400° until cheese is bubbly.
