Ingredients
- 25 ears of corn, cut off cob
- 4 large onions, chopped
- 1 large green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 large red peppers
- 1 Tbsp. celery salt
- 2 lb. sugar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- All veggies are chopped or use food processor to chop.
- Mix all ingredients together except flour. Cook slowly for about 1 1/2 hours until onions are soft.
- Use hot juice to mix flour into paste.
- Add to relish and let thicken.
- Yields about 6 pints.
- Can and jar.
