Ingredients
- 2 (6 1/8 oz.) cans tuna
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine tuna, soup, lightly beaten egg yolks, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, lemon juice and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in gently into tuna mixture.
- Put in well greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
