Ingredients
- 5 c. crumbled cornbread
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3 c. white bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- stock made from chicken or turkey
Method
- Combine all ingredients and moisten with stock.
- Will make enough to stuff a 10 pound turkey or a large bread pan.
- Heat oven to 425° and bake until good and brown.
