Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
Method
- Add cold water to gelatin and let stand two minutes.
- Dissolve over hot water.
- Stir dissolved gelatin into cranberry sauce.
- Add pineapple, celery, lemon juice and chopped nuts.
- Chill until mixture begins to jell; fold in marshmallows.
