Ingredients
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. sage
Method
- Combine all ingredients and shape into 6-inch ball. Place into crock-pot.
- Flatten with hand or spoon so that meat will contour to the crock-pot.
- Cook on low 5 to 6 hours.
