Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can French-style green beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn
- 1 (15 oz.) can peas
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. pimento
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. green pepper (optional)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Drain green beans, corn and peas.
- Mix vegetables with onion, pimento and celery.
- Heat sugar, vinegar and salt.
- Pour over vegetables.
- Best if refrigerated overnight.
- Yields 10 servings. Preparation time is 15 minutes.
