- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 12 cup water
- 15 12 ounces kidney beans, undrained
- 14 12 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 12 cups celery, diced
- 12 cup onion, diced
- 14 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 small can corn
Method
- Brown beef until crumbly & brown, drain off fat.
- Add spices, water, beans & tomatoes and mix thoroughly.
- Add everything else and bring to a boil.
- Simmer at least 30 minutes.
- I like to make this in the crockpot and leave it simmering on low all day.
- Serve topped with shredded cheese and sour cream.
