Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 12 cup water
  • 15 12 ounces kidney beans, undrained
  • 14 12 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 12 cups celery, diced
  • 12 cup onion, diced
  • 14 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 small can corn

Method

  • Brown beef until crumbly & brown, drain off fat.
  • Add spices, water, beans & tomatoes and mix thoroughly.
  • Add everything else and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer at least 30 minutes.
  • I like to make this in the crockpot and leave it simmering on low all day.
  • Serve topped with shredded cheese and sour cream.
