Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. potatoes, sliced
- 1 c. carrots, diced
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 3 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. barley (optional)
Method
- Brown ground beef and onions lightly.
- Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
