Ingredients

  • 1 can chunky pineapple
  • 1/2 c. chili sauce
  • 1/2 c. grape jelly
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 pkg. wieners
  • 1 tsp. pickling spice
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. water

Method

  • Grind up hot peppers, a little cabbage, green tomatoes, carrots, etc.
  • Put in a big pan to heat on oven.
  • Mix 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 water mixture and sugar.
  • Pour over pepper mixture.
  • Do not cover completely.
  • Heat to boil.
  • Pack in jars and cold pack for 20 minutes or pressure can for 5 minutes.
