- 2 cans jalapeno bean dip
- 3 avocados
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped with tops
- 3 tomatoes, chopped and sprinkled with garlic salt
- sliced black or green olives
- 8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Method
- On a large plate or platter, layer the dip first, then avocados mashed or blended with lemon juice, salt and pepper, then sour cream mixed with mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
- Layer the onions, tomatoes, olives, then cheese.
