Ingredients

  • 2 cans jalapeno bean dip
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped with tops
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped and sprinkled with garlic salt
  • sliced black or green olives
  • 8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Method

  • On a large plate or platter, layer the dip first, then avocados mashed or blended with lemon juice, salt and pepper, then sour cream mixed with mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
  • Layer the onions, tomatoes, olives, then cheese.
