Ingredients
- 3 cups Raw Kale, Finely Chopped
- 1/4 cups Mediterranean Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cups Sliced Almonds
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Honey
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
Method
- Combine kale, feta cheese, and almonds in a large bowl.
- To make the dressing, mix together olive oil, lemon juice and honey and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour dressing over the kale, toss well, and enjoy!
