- 1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. light cream or milk
- 1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
- 1 (5 1/4 oz.) can tuna fish
- 1/4 lb. whole cashews (optional)
- peas (optional)
- 1 c. celery, sliced at angle
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper
Method
- Butter casserole.
- Place 1/2 noodles in bottom.
- Pour in mixture.
- Top with remaining noodles.
- Bake 35 minutes at 350°. May be served with soy sauce.
- (One can bean sprouts may be added.)
